Vasu, a moneylender in Coimbatore's Gandhipuram market, lives away from his wealthy family due to a misunderstanding. Accidentally, he comes across a planned attempt to kill a police officer by a mysterious gang; he promptly takes on the entire gang singlehandedly, saving the life of the police officer. This sets the gang's leader, Thaandavam, and his goons against him who find out later that Vasu & his family need to be eradicated on more than one count.

Raja and Ramu decide to help Durga, a little girl, against her evil uncle. In the meanwhile, the evil uncle finds Mallika, Durga's lookalike, and uses her to confuse everyone and kill Durga.

College student Durga (J D Chakravarthy) lives with his grandfather and shuns all violence. He also loves Gayathri, a fellow student whom he plans to marry, but her father is against the match. A software professional is involved in a bank robbery in Bangkok, masterminded by a crook. She accidentally meets Shree in a shopping mall and follows him for safety. She also comes to Bangalore with him where Shree learns of her predicament. He decides to save her from the criminals. Meanwhile, a probe team led by an officer from Bangkok zeroes in on them in the robbery case.

Rajanna and his brother, Vicky, vow to avenge the murder of their mother at the hands of their cruel and greedy uncle, Rangappa.
